"Better" is subjective, because battery life is affected by a number of things - screens at maximum brightness, use of WiFi and a heavy load on the processor (simultaneous tasks/open tabs) will cause more rapid discharge. That said, the specification for the Envy 13-bf0013dx indicates that the 4 cell 66 Wh battery when fully charged has a life of 17 hours and 30 minutes (up to 20 hours and 30 minutes for video playback), and supports fast charge (approximately 50% charge in 45 minutes while powered off).
