Hello, this device is built with an installed 512GB solid state drive which enables the performance to be faster and more efficient necessitating less RAM onboard. With Best Buy you 14 days to work with your purchase and if you are not completely satisfied you are able to return or exchange it for a more powerful device. Thank you for being an HP customer!
