• Thank you for the question. The Envy 9R8R3UA has Wi-Fi 6E AX211. It does not have Thunderbolt but has one USB Type-C® (10Gbps signaling rate) port, which supports USB Power Delivery, DisplayPort™ 1.4, and HP Sleep and Charge.

• As stated by HP, not a Thunderbolt port, but similar, so useful for most similar purposes, but not an external GPU. As to the WiFi standard, look here; "Show Full Specs-->Wireless Networking Standard-->"
