“Hello,I bought My Hp envy laptop 3 months ago and battery drains in every 2-3 minutes.I only open one chrome tab to watxh some shows.Hp claims it gives you 9 hours battery life but i only get 4 hours.Is it normal or there is any issue with my model?”

Thank you for reaching out, apologies for what you're experiencing. 2-3 minutes off and on when fully charged before unplugging sounds like a problem with your laptop. The battery life of the Envy 14-es0013dx is indicated as up to 10 hours, however, that's if you use mobile power settings (no use of Wi-Fi, dimmer screen, few open apps/tabs, etc.) Please reach out to Support.HP.com to assist with a cure or arrange for repair under the warranty.
