“My laptop keeps going off by itself even when i am listening music on YouTube. If i leave it for some time it goes off and even if i touch the screen immediately,it doesnt wake up . Is this a damage or can i change the settings? if yes , how?”

• go into power settings and see your screen settings ,if those are good you might have a bad one ??
