The 65 W USB Type-C power adapter (the black box that plugs in to the laptop) included with this HP Envy 2-in-1 laptop does support non-US voltages, though you will need a wall plug segment (the second section of cord that connects to the black box) appropriate for the region where you plan to use the device.
