Mine came with a trial version of McAfee, Edge browser, the usual Windows accessories like Paint, Notepad etc. MS Office is a separate purchase and install if needed. Like most laptops now, no CD/DVD player. That is also a separate purchase if desired.

Windows 11 has a few casual games and other helpful utilities. Microsoft 365 (formerly called Microsoft Office) is included with a free 30-day trial, and you can subscribe after that for ongoing use. Likewise, McAfee Live Safe anti-virus is included as a 30-day trial.
