• Thank you for the question. The Envy 16-ad0013dx does not have an SSD expansion slot. - it has the included 512GB PCIe® Gen 4 NVMe™ SSD drive. However, you can connect an external drive to increase storage.

• Or swamp out the drive. Although, if you wanted to ADD an internal drive, this is not the model for you.
