• This computer does not come with a lot of programs preinstalled. If you have particular programs you want you can get them from Best Buy or from the developer.

• Hi Josie, I purchased this computer two weeks ago and I love it! One of the many things I like about it is that it doesn't come with a bunch of pre installed software that I don't need and just takes up space on the hard drive. It does come with some installed apps that are useful. I am not sure what programs you are looking for but you will need to install them yourself unless you pay to have the Geek Squad set up the computer for you. Good luck! Eric
