“I just bought this desktop, turned it on and went through the prompts, it installed windows, then the sound was gone. It says no drivers are installed in one window, but in another window it says the drivers are working. How can I get the sound to work?”

• Go to HP.com and run and driver scan and install all drivers. Or call HP for tech support or Return it to Best Buy and get another. Or give us a call at 866-925-7759
