“I want to use external microphone for zoom meetings as the built in ones are not good enough quality. I do not want to use the headphones as speakers are fine. The headphone jack has meant in the past I HAVE to use both, Does it with this computer?”

Thank you for the question. Once your mic is connected, you need to configure/change your audio settings, showing the mic is connected, and you want sound from speakers, not a headset.
