“Desktop works great. Is there any software you can recommend to ensure the sound remains crisp? On two seperate occasions the speaker began buzzing while listening to music. Both times after restarting the computer the sound was fixed. No insurance :/”

Unfortuantely, this is not the best forum for trying to troubleshoot a problem. If you bought it within the past year, this should be covered under the HP warranty. The HP support team should be able to help you.
