- Answer It comes with the Windows 11 operating system, as well as a one month trial of Microsoft 365, which includes things like Word and Excel. If you want to to continue using Once the Microsoft 365 Once the trial period expires, you'd need to purchase it. The computer also comes with some games, security software, and some other programs.

QuestionThe wireless phone charger will not work. I have enables the setting in BIOS. What else am I missing to get it to work. My cellphone does have the wireless charging capability as well. Thank you.

- Answer The issue was unable to be resloved by HP customer serice. I worked with support for over 2 hours before they gave up and said they will call back tomorrow to see if resetting the computer worked. It did not work. I will be returning the computer.

- Answer Depends on the model you buy, now this model has a usb camera attached to it, so to answer your question: Yes, the webcam can be removed, but it also has a little slidy thing on top of it to cover the camera lens when not in use.
