“The 4500 doesn't recognize my Dell XP. It says it can't locate drivers. we've downloaded drivers and still the problem. Any ideas?any”

• Try installing the entire printer software suite. And uninstall the optional software later if you can get things to work.

• Since you've installed the appropriate drivers on your Dell XP, it's possible that it and the HP printer are not compatible. I suggest contacting Geek Squad or Dell for further assistance in troubleshooting. I hope this helps.
