• If you sign up for the monthly delivery program then yes, however you can adjust deliveries based on ink usage so if you don't use all the ink in a month you can choose every 2 months, 3 months, 2 weeks etc.

• Depends. Did you sign up for HP's ink service? If you have not then you will have to buy ink at a store.

• Not necessarily. This depends on how much ink you used that month. The amount of ink they send lasts for about 500 pages, if I'm not mistaken. So if you use 500 pages in a month (which will of course cost more), then yes they will send it monthly. But if you use only 50 pages per month, they won't send another next month.
