We assume that all cartridges are installed and properly seated, and that there is no cartridge error or blinking lights. It could be that the printer is not online, or that you have unprinted documents "stuck" in the print queue. Open the print menu on your computer and make sure that "use printer offline" is not checked. Cancel all pending documents. Remove the printer's power cord while the printer is still powered on, wait 60 seconds, and plug in/ power on again.
