• You need wifi for initial set up, an outlet to plug the power cord into, and paper for printing. It comes with 1 color and 1 black ink cartridge that you must install yourself.

• The HP Envy 6055 needs to be plugged into an AC wall socket in order to receive power so it can work properly. It also needs to be connected to a device that it will receive print jobs from such as a computer or smartphone. It can be connected either with a USB printer cable to a computer or via a wireless connection to any compatible device.
