“This printer (Envy 7640) won't print envelopes. Even with an envelope loaded on the top tray, when I press print on the computer the printer only prints regular paper from the main tray with the delivery and return address. The envelope never moves??”

Did you try changing the paper size to A4? You may have to remove the letter size paper from the tray.
