“HP Envy 7640 fax issues Is anyone out in cyber space having problems with setting up the fax machine? I thought I had it set up but I keep getting an dial tone, stating " I have exceed the alotted time in dialing." Does anyone have suggesions for getting this resolved?”

you may have your phone jack in the wrong outlet in rear of printer.. try using other port then run test again.
