“My black ink printing is fine on my initial set -up but can NOT get the COLOR ink to work? Test page came out good as it showed color working fine. Please help! HP 7640 brand new and just set up on my Mac desktop.”

RandyO; That's a strange issue. I wonder if it's software related on your MAC? Try printing something like an email or a webpage to see if it does it. Because the test page came out, that means it's not the printer's fault. So, somewhere inside is where the problem rests. If it comes to it, you may have to check the page setup in your document to see if it's set to print only black and white. Best of luck.
