i have a tv connected to the HDMI and a monitor connected to the port for the monitor that way i can use it for customers or if i need multiple screens

So it should not be a problem. Please consider the desktop only has one VGA output and one HDMI output. So you would need a monitor which has HDMI output and an other which has a VGA output. About the cords, nothing special is needed, but one has to be HDMI and the other VGA. To put it in an other way, every output in the desktop has to have the corresponding same cord and same output in the monitor to work. Thank you for choosing Intel!

It has one VGA and one HDMI port, and you can also use a hub or adapter to connect multiple monitors, depending on the cords that were included with your monitors.
