No it does not. You need to have a USB-C Docking Station. I purchased the 13-1 for about $100 thinking you needed to plug both HDMI screens into it, but you only need to smaller one for about $50.00. Then plug one screen into the computer and the other into the Docking Station. I would get the $100 one if in the future you may use a laptop instead of a tower with the two screens.
