“My grandmother turned in her old desktop and got this in return- came with absolutely no cables and the person told her it was “very easy to set up- everything that needs to be plugged in could only go into their spots”. Does this not need a power cord?”

Ours came with a power cord, everything else is wireless. You need wifi to connect wireless. Ours came with a little usb chip for the mouse and keyboard to work. And you need AAA batteries in the keyboard and mouse.
