I would take it to the store and have them test it out, they should do this free, in my opinion, these machines are mass produced and I know sometimes parts are bad when assembled.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same problem... But went into control panel and confirmed all settings and after restarting a few times it seemed to find the connection. But it does loose connectivity once in awhile. Might also be my internet provider!!
