• Thank you for your interest and question about this HP Envy desktop! The systern board on this is not equipped with an SPDIF-out or an eSata port. This tower is equipped with 8 USB-A ports and 1 USB-C port. You would need to connect an external device make an SPDIF port and require an adapter to make an eSATA port. The USB 3.x ports exceed the transfer speed of eSATA.

• 4 USB in back, 1 is used for bluetooth for Keyboard , Mouse, 4 In front plus 1 USB-C . Monitor connection in Back and HDTV too.
