Thank you for the question. The Envy TE01-5354 has an HDMI version 1.4b out port. HDMI 1.4b supports UWQHD resolution at a refresh rate of 30Hz. For a higher UWQHD refresh rate, you'll want HDMI 2.0 or higher.
