• I receive my new computer (SKU6498473) a day before Christmas but just started setting it up a few days ago. It seemed funny that a DVD drive was not built-in but Best Buy listed and I purchase a (SKU 5581020) LG-8X External USB-2.0. It so happens that I have an earlier External LG model with the same software on my old ENVY that the grand kids use. The software is easy to use. So far no problems.
