I recently bought this too but I shut it down every night but I have never had that happen with other computers I have owned that I have left on so appears to be a flaw.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I use MetroNet and have not had any issues once initially setting it up. So I would Ck with your internet provider or contact Geek Squad if you have that available to you. I’m using WiFi connection and also 3 phones 2 tablets and streaming YouTube TV on 3 TVs with no issues.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It's impossible to tell in a forum like this whether it's a settings issue, an issue with the computer, or if it's caused by something else. Your best option is to contact the HP Support team directly to they can troubleshoot the issue with you in real time.
