Backing up your old files and transferring to another system is fairly easy. You can do a a search on your computer in the search box at the bottom of your screen for "Backup and Restore" and follow the instructions. You will need a flash drive or external hard drive to back up your files to temporarily until the new system is set up. If you are not comfortable doing this on your own , then I'm more than sure a member of Geek Squad can assist.
