• A:Answer Thank you for your question! This comes with 16 GB of DDR4-2933 SDRAM in one channel but has two UDIMM sockets and is upgradeable to 32GB of DDR4-2933 (2 x 16GB cards). I'm sorry, these cards are not sold here.

Q: QuestionThe specs say that there are two M.2 slots, but I do not see another M.2 interface. please show a picture of where the second M.2 is located. I have a second SSD drive that I would like to install. The picture of the mother board shows one full size M.2

• A:Answer Thank you for your question. Both M.2 slots come pre-occupied. One of them contains the wireless card, while the other contains the SSD. The slot with the wireless card cannot take an SSD, so you would need an M.2 to either PCIe, SATA, or USB adapter to use a second M.2 SSD.

Q: QuestionI work remotely and would like to expand my Citrix Workspace across 3 monitors. Would this PC be able to handle the demand of these graphics? I noticed there is no dedicated graphics card but could not find any other specs. Thanks!

• A:Answer This machine is capable of driving three displays but has only two video outputs: one HDMI and one VGA.. It has room for a low profile video card but the power supply is only 180W and is a small/custom form factor not easily upgraded. I was going to use a USB to HDMI adapter to add a third output but had a suitable video card on hand so went with that instead.

• A:Answer Hello Pedro. This is not a gaming PC, however, you can play a lot of casual games on it as it has a lot of power. It doesn't have a dedicated graphic processing unit(GPU), however, which is required for serious PC gaming. It is not VR ready because it does not have the dedicated GPU.

This HP Envy Desktop (TE01-1154) has the following expansion slots on the motherboard: two M.2, one of which is currently in use by the installed 1TB SSD, 1 PCIe x16, and 1 PCIe x1. There are no extra adaptors or equipment needed to add another hard drive.
