- Answer Thank you for asking. Yes, that's exactly how you'll connect your monitors. The Envy desktop has one each of HDMI and VGA ports, and there are a number of options using the USB-A or USB-C ports with adapters.

- Answer Backing up your old files and transferring to another system is fairly easy. You can do a a search on your computer in the search box at the bottom of your screen for "Backup and Restore" and follow the instructions. You will need a flash drive or external hard drive to back up your files to temporarily until the new system is set up. If you are not comfortable doing this on your own , then I'm more than sure a member of Geek Squad can assist.

- Answer Hello, while you can play some games on any computer, modern games like Minecraft, Fortnite and most other popular titles, require a lot of power. For this reason, it is recommended to purchase a model with a dedicated Graphics Processing Unit (GPU). The Stream device is built for streaming through application software (apps). QuestionDoes this PC come with a DVD drive or not? It shows what looks like a door for one on the top left outside front corner of the tower. I am very interested in buying it if it does. If no DVD is included what model can I buy with the same specs. Thanks

The front ports are: 1 SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 5Gbps signaling rate; 1 HP 3-in-1 memory card reader; 4 SuperSpeed USB Type-A 5Gbps signaling rate; 1 headphone/microphone combo. The rear ports are: 4 USB 2.0 Type-A; 1 audio-in; 1 audio-out; 1 microphone port, as well as 1 each Ethernet, VGA and HDMI 1.4b ports.

QuestionIm currently looking for a new desktop but i wanted to know if this will work with art programs, video editing software and perhaps some casual 1h long gaming? Im awful with tech specs so i just need to know if this would slow it down or not. Thanks!

QuestionWhat is the resolution on this? I hooked it up to my tv that I use for a monitor and it says "MODE UNSUPPORTED please adjust screen resolution".

- Answer Check the display settings in Windows, it might be set to a resolution or refresh rate not supported by the TV.

- Answer Hello. Thanks for your question. This HP ENVY Desktop TE01-1154 computer comes ready for two monitors. This desktop has 1 VGA port and 1 HDMI port. If the monitors have different video ports, then you can install a discrete/dedicated graphics card with matching video ports. You may also need to upgrade the power supply to accommodate the new discrete/dedicated graphics card.

- Answer Thank you for your question! I recommend checking the System Requirements for whichever editing software you will be using and finding a system that meets or exceeds those requirements. The software developers may suggest a minimum Dedicated Graphics Card / GPU, and/or a minimum amount of VRAM (video memory). This particular computer model has an integrated graphics card rather than a dedicated card, and a 180-watt power supply. The 16GB of memory will be excellent for heavy multitasking and having multiple apps and browsers open at the same time!
