It comes with Windows 10 pre installed. I had no issues with my printers, even my wireless printer immediately worked.

If you're inquiring about specific hardware (printers, etc) you should check the manufacturer's product information to see if it supports Windows 10, but traditionally everything from Win 7 & Win 8 work seamlessly on Windows 10. You may have to get into the BIOS (F10) or tap ESC on bootup to set boot order to boot from a CD/Flash drive to install the other OS. If it doesnt work, go in the BIOS and enable LEGACY BOOT SIDENOTE: I attempted installing Windows 7 on this computer and it *WOULD NOT* work. The USB ports are 3.0 and Windows 7 didn't know how to handle it (meaning during a raw-install I couldn't even use a basic computer to select the default language. Windows 8 has USB 3.0 support by default so that install was fine.
