You would need to install a discrete graphics card to be able to handle a 4K monitor. You might want to look at the Omen desktops that have a discrete graphics card installed already. The recommendation is minimum Nvidia GTX 1070. Anything higher like 1080, 2070 or 2080 GeForce graphics cards can handle 4K resolutions with no problems.
