• Skyking, thank you for your purchase of this HP Envy Inspire printer. I am sorry to hear about your experience with this. This printer does not have a disc for installation. The Windows drivers for it are either managed by the HP Smart app or you can download them from HP's site. The HP Smart option requires Windows 10 or 11 to use. You can also contact HP Support or Geek Squad support as they can look into why your printer is not printing.
