Thank you for the question. The Envy Inspire 7255e does not support scan to email, however you can scan to email from the HP Smart App, having set up your email client to require a password before the user can open. You can also send a mobile fax with the HP Smart App. A fax is encrypted, and the files you send are only visible to you and the recipient.
