Thank you for your questions on comparing these two models! The HP Envy Inspire printer is made with photographs in mind and does borderless printing on up to letter-size paper. Additionally, the ink cartridges also make the colors that give photos more vivacity. The OfficeJet Pro 8135e is a wonderful printer that is made more for documents, but it will print out photos in high quality. However, it does not have the photo hues or the borderless printing that the Envy Inspire printers have. The biggest advantage that the 8135e has is the inks are made with smear resistance in mind, so you can accidentally drip water or run a highlighter over the ink without any smearing.
