Check your printer properties to make sure you are not set on B&W only. Otherwise you may want to uninstall/reinstall the printer and/or HP Print Services. If none of these work, contact Best Buy Total Tech. If you are not a member, contact HP.

Right-click on Envy 7255e and select Printing Preferences. Go to the layout / paper quality tab and look for the “Print in grayscale” / “Grayscale” or “Black & White” printing option. Make sure that option is unchecked, save the setting and then try printing again. You can also change printer setting in the drop-down menu (file>print>color).
