Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've never seen that error code on my printer before. I'd try a few things to find out what it means. 1. Look it up on the internet and perhaps more specifically on the HP website under their support section. 2. Call or email HP support and ask them. 3. Call or go into your local Best Buy store and ask a Geek Squad agent to see if they can help you. Sorry that you are having issues with your printer. Good luck with getting the answer you seek.
