Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I purchased the same one a couple weeks ago and had the same problem. Nothing I tried worked...so I had to call my computer guy and he eventually figured it out. Not sure how he did it to share that part.

Please try again later.Hi...I downloaded the HP Smart app on my phone from the Play Store (Android) Once I opened the app, it detected the printer and did the rest from there. Once the phone app had connected the printer to my wifi, it then sought out other devices and asked if a connection was desired. This is where your computer will be able to recognize it.
