• It should definitely come with fax because they call it an ALL-IN-ONE. Emphasis on the ALL. But nope. I had to return mine too because it does not fax.

• Hi there, thank you for your question. This printer is an all-in-one which is Print, Copy and Scan. It does not fax. In order to fax it would need to have an ADF on the top of the printer like the Envy Photo 7855. You can use a service like eFax which allows you to fax through the internet without using a landline.
