“My 1 month old HP Envy 7155 will suddenly not print. I get an error message that I need to add paper even though the tray is full. There are no paper jams.. Anyone else have that problem and if so, how did you fix it? I'm ready to return it!!!”

• Check your photo small paper tray. It may be jammed.

• Probably your best course would be to contact the HP support team directly. They should be able to diagnose exactly what the problem is and advise you on the best way to fix it or replace the printer under warranty
