Yes, the HP 7155 printer is compatible with a Mac. It's very easy to set up and don't forget to put the app on your iPhone.

If you are using it as a wireless printer it most likely will work. I use a Linux operating system called KDE Neon and it works with it just fine. You should have no problem printing to it using a MAC on the wireless network.
