• They are not the same. The Best Buy model is a special edition with gold accents and an extended offer of 5 free months of HP Instant Ink. The regular 7155 has silver accents and no additional free months.

• Seems HP varies the model #s depending on discount stores or full service retail stores. I would recommend purchase at Best Buy, because you could purchase the "Insta Ink" program which is well worth it. You can also purchase extra protection which I have not used but it covers almost anything that you could imagine happening to your printer
