“I bought 2 ink cartridges recommended for HP Envy 7155 printer but the printer won't accept them. I get the message that the cartridge is not properly installed. I tried both cartridges, plus one colour cartridge which was working so far.”

Check on the ink cartridge box to make sure that the model printer number on it matches your printer. In this case the box should have the number 7155 as well as several other numbers that the ink will be compatible with. Although this printer model number is 7155 most products are under the model number 7100, so check the ink cartridge number and if you see 7100 it is also compatible and will work with your printer.
