“I have an instant ink plan on and Envy 4520 that is beginning to have issues. If I replace it with an Envy 7155 will ink for the new printer be provided as part of my instant ink plan.”

Just sign in to your Instant Ink account and click on "Enroll/Replace Printer" at the top left of the page right under "STATUS" from there it's easy. Just make sure you install the new printer first. Your plan will continue with the new printer. If you are no longer planning on using your old printer, you will want to remove it from your account.
