• HP cannot see what you are printing. They are just tracking the number of pages you print and your ink levels with the HP Instant Ink program.

• No, HP should not be able to see what you're printing. They only use the internet connection to track the number of pages a month you print and the levels of the ink so they can send you more before you run out.
