• Yes, Alexa can be disabled on this laptop. In fact, you can actually uninstall it. To do that, type "uninstall" in Windows Search box, and then select "Add or Remove Programs". Find "Amazon Alexa" in the list and click "Uninstall". Then, just follow the prompts to remove it from the computer.
