Yes it should, I tested it with my phone's 20W charger and was able to achieve charging in a few minutes was able to get 1% with the laptop off as a proof of concept. To achieve a more practical charging rate a higher wattage charge will be necessary. I have also seen reviews about the laptop on YouTube that state that it can be charged by USB-C. According to the official specs it has USB Power Delivery, which according to the USB Power Delivery standard allows for bi-directional power flow allowing the port to provide power and receive power for charging.
