- Answer These machines are considered non-upgradeable and it would be recommended that any upgrades be done by a certified expert. If you are curious about upgrading this machine, you can contact HP Support or Geek Squad. If Geek Squad does the upgrades, it does not void the warranty of the machine, but HP will not cover the new parts.

- Answer Like the previous generation ENVYs with the Ryzen 4000 chips, this laptop does *not* come with an ethernet port (as you could have also seen if you scrolled down the Specifications). I had to buy a cheap USB3-to-ethernet adapter.

- Answer You can, but it will only charge when the laptop is turned off, not while it's running. You'll need to use the main power cord to charge the laptop while it's running.

QuestionDoes this new 15.6" Envy with the Ryzen 5 5500U NOT have a 10-key number pad? Or, are these pictures of a 14" model? That is a mistake by HP if so. Last years 15" model had a number pad.

- Answer It won't be the easiest replacement but it is doable, you have to open the back case to remove the battery. It does not have an easily accessible battery like other older laptops.

- Answer Hello, the minimum system requirements for Stardew Valley are OS: Windows Vista or greater Processor: 2 Ghz Memory: 2 GB RAM Graphics: 256 mb video memory, shader model 3.0+ DirectX: Version 10 Storage: 500 MB available space. This device has the minimum requirements for the processor speed (2.3GHz up to 4.0 GHz), more than enough storage space with 256GB solid state drive, and enough RAM overall to play this game but as with any games it is always best advised to have a dedicated graphics card. This device has two slots for memory with 4GB in each slot. It is not accessible to the user for upgrading any higher. Thank you for being an HP customer!

- Answer Yes it should, I tested it with my phone's 20W charger and was able to achieve charging in a few minutes was able to get 1% with the laptop off as a proof of concept. To achieve a more practical charging rate a higher wattage charge will be necessary. I have also seen reviews about the laptop on YouTube that state that it can be charged by USB-C. According to the official specs it has USB Power Delivery, which according to the USB Power Delivery standard allows for bi-directional power flow allowing the port to provide power and receive power for charging.
