Did you disconnect your wireless and reconnect. I worked for me

Hi Alan, apologies for what you're experiencing. Note that Bluetooth has a range of about 30 feet, while WiFi has a much larger range (up to 150 feet or more, depending on your network). Please contact Support.HP.com for assistance.
